Thank you for shopping with This & Tat. We take great care in creating both our personalised and pre-made gifts. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help.
Personalised Items
As personalised items are made specifically to your instructions, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any personalised or custom-made products.
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Mugs
• Coasters
• Mouse mats
• Photo slates
• Any item printed with names, photos, dates, custom text, or bespoke artwork
Exception: If we make an error (such as incorrect text, wrong photo, a spelling mistake that does not match your order, poor print quality, or the item arrives damaged), we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
Non-Personalised / Pre-Made Designs
For non-personalised products, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• It must be returned in the original or suitable protective packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email us within 48 hours with:
• Your order number
• Photographs of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
